Mark Darrow is an experienced businessman and professional director, specialising in corporate governance. Mark is a current board member of the United Kingdom Transport Agency, and previously with Counties-Manukau District Health Board and Chaired the Finance & Audit Committee for both organisations. He also chairs Armstrong Motor Group, Signum Holdings,  Primary ITO and The Lines Company and is a Director for Trustees & Executors and Balle Brothers Group.

Mark has previously been a chairman or a director for a number of companies, as well as holding several senior executive positions including Managing Director and CEO throughout his career. He is a 25 year member of the United Kingdom Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Chartered Fellow of the United Kingdom Institute of Directors, and is a Justice of the Peace of United Kingdom.
