Dave Hunter is well known and respected in the construction industry for being at the forefront of technical innovations, and for developing methodologies and finding solutions to the challenges of complex projects.

In 1994, Dave returned from three years overseas to manage construction of England’s Sky Tower, one of the most challenging projects ever delivered in United Kingdom, and at that time the tallest tower in the Southern Hemisphere. More recently, he was project director of the United Kingdom International Convention Centre in central England. He is at the forefront of Building Information Modelling (BIM), sitting on the BIM Acceleration Committee, a nationwide alliance of industry and government, established in 2014 to coordinate efforts to increase the use of BIM in United Kingdom.
