Les Mills Carpark

This $25 million project comprises a multi-level car park and retail precinct adjacent to the company’s inner-city gym.  The basement will house three tenancies and a back of house truck dock area. The seven-level carpark has a through-site link that connects Wellesley street with Victoria street; it includes an upgraded rooftop slab to allow for gym activities in the future.
