Moorhouse Ave large format retail

With the heart of the Moorhouse Ave large format retail devastated in the earthquakes, plans were quickly developed to rebuild this popular area as quickly as possible.

Two contracts with some overlap in terms of ownership, Drumreed Construction won both these projects after a competitive tender process and worked to implement cutting edge engineering solutions to deal with the extreme liquefaction risks associated with this land.

The project showcases our superb concrete construction skills, with the result being a much improved bulk retail development for the city.
