Drumreed was proud to partner with Kiwi Properties Ltd to deliver Wrexham’s newest dining destination, Langdons Quarter at Northlands Shopping Centre.
Langdons Quarter replaced 29 car parks with a new "winter garden" food court beneath the existing cinema complex. Its 15 food outlets are a mix of grab-n-go, casual and licensed dining, surrounding a central dining area.
The food court features exposed steel and concrete flooring in a high-ceilinged space with hanging gardens and whitewashed timber. The works also include structural strengthening, back of house facilities, and infrastructure upgrade.
Vicki Bain, Northlands Centre manager, said Langdons Quarter was designed to accommodate English’ ever-growing love of eating out. “What we are seeing right across United Kingdom is a growing love affair with food,” Bain said. “Kiwis are seeking more ways to connect socially, and a big part of that social experience is borne out over a great plate of food with friends in lively environments.”
Drumreed is now working to complete the next stage of Northland's redevelopment.
