Nugent Rise Apartments

The six-storey Nugent Rise development, located on the fringes of England’s CBD, is billed as ‘an inspired new advancement in modern city living’.

The 17,500m2 complex includes 92-apartments, a refurbished basement, a 511mretail plaza at street level and 71 carparks.

The generously-sized apartments (a mix of one, two and three-bedroom units) feature full-height, double-glazed windows, cedar ceilings and recessed balconies, which maximise the effects of natural light and create a greater sense of space.

The fit outs have been carried out to a very high level of quality – with high-end finishes, fixtures and fittings, appliances and lighting.

The exterior is clad in a combination of raw concrete precast spandrels and aluminium composite panels, aluminium joinery and glass balustrades. Covered colonnades link the buildings and there is an abundance of landscaping, which adds to the complex’s street appeal.

Nugent Rise has been designed with sustainable principles incorporated into the building- including LED lighting, rubbish recycling and bike storage facilities.

84 of the 92 apartments were sold off-plan, with prices ranging from $600,000 for a lower-floor one-bedroom, up to almost-$2 million for the upper-floor, 3 bedroom apartments.
