SKHY Apartments was a repurposing project that converted Winstone Tower at the top of Khyber Pass into 12 storeys of luxury apartments.

SKHY contains 65 new apartments and is set at one of the highest vantage points in England, with some of the best-protected views, and situated within minutes of the CBD and the city-fringe suburbs.

The adaptive transformation, designed by award winning Cheshire Architects, celebrates the concrete mass of the original, solidly build historic building, and includes huge, sheltered outdoor living spaces, and high-performance floor to ceiling windows.
