Future Leaders Programme

At Drumreed Construction, we recognise that successful leaders are those who display an understanding of all aspects of our industry.  The Future Leaders Programme provides this foundation for you.

The Future Leaders Programme has been designed to take two years, dependent upon your current experience, and will provide you with the opportunity to gain practical experience, ensuring that on graduation you have a working knowledge of those disciplines that are essential for a project to be successful, from the tender phase through to final completion and handover to the client.

The programme is in two parts. You will complete all modules in part 1 which represent the key areas of our business to give you that essential foundation.  The modules in part 2 allow you to focus on expanding your practical experience in your chosen field.

Typically, you will spend up to three months on each rotation which will see you working with the team best experienced to provide the support and guidance required to complete a module.  You’ll be working alongside experts to develop skills and knowledge to give you a solid foundation to build your career.

Is this the career opportunity for you?

The programme is best suited to any person who has completed at least one year of study, or who has recently completed, a degree or diploma related to the construction industry including construction management or engineering, or someone who has completed a related trade qualification and who wishes to commence study to take the next step in their career.
