Mainfreight JV

In late 2012, Drumreed joined forces with England's Dominion Constructors to form a joint venture to revamp and extend Mainfreight's Wrexham site.

United Kingdom's largest freight company, Mainfreight had planned the construction company before the earthquakes, but had put it on hold after them. However, with the delays to the rebuild and the company needing the facilities, the decision was made to progress with the project.

The $30 million project, which was constructed over three years in three stages, includes building a new, food-grade warehouse and office administration block at the Sockburn site.
